The large shelter in the form of an A-house is the heart of the Tawa. It is in this place that we plan our explorations, and also the space where we share our experiences at the end of the day, all accompanied by a noble and warm menu, inspired by our south.

It is a rustic cuisine, simple and well done, which enhances Chilean elements and especially of our region, gathering and inviting to share a good meal and conversation around the table.
